La Petite Mort

"Visualizing the cabaret space..."
Come on, come all (well, not ALL as there's limited seating) to La Petite Mort, a cabarageous evening of drinks, debauchery and discourse in the heart of decadant, bohemian Primrose Hill!
I'm your compere for this show of unparalleled superness.
There's burlesque... but it's messy.
There's singing... but it's strangled.
There are puppets... but they've burned.
There's chicken... oh yes.
Gosh I hope nothing morose, macabre, violent or otherwise poopy happens!
La Petite Mort is part of the Stay Tuned Festival, produced by the Central School of Speech and Drama (of which Stephen Fry is vice-president. FYI.)
The deets:
Friday, June 20 at 7 & 9 PM.
Upstairs at the Adelaide Public House
143 Adelaide Road, Primrose Hill, NW3 3NL
Cost: FREE

Brand New Act! Lambchop Magoo Does a Judy Garland Tribute

Now Judy can stop rolling over in her grave about Rufus Wainwright's sacrilegious "tribute" because Lambchop Magoo is on the case! She unveils her sparkling new act at Sideshow at the Arts Theatre London, Leicester Square on Friday, June 6th, 8:00 PM! Surely nothing will go wrong! (ominous cello note sounds here!)

Sideshow again!

I'll be joining the Ringmaster, Margaret the Gimp, and company again at Sideshow, on May 9th, at 8:00 at the Arts Theatre, Leicester Square. It's cabarageous. Truly truly truly cabarageous!

Lambchop to appear in Sideshow

Hello, my little kebabs. If you haven't had your L. Magoo fix in awhile, then pop over to the London Arts Theatre on April 11. Sideshow is a splendid cabaret and I'll be shimmying away.

Here's a linkerton:

April 11 also happens to be the 57th birthday of my mother, so that performance will be dedicated to her, and her excellent work in both popping me out, and raising me to be a decent little lamb.

Watch the new documentary about Lambchop on YouTube!

It's called The Birth of Lambchop Magoo (Parts 1 and 2). Here are the linkie-winkies:

Let's just say that it was my first attempt ever at editing, and it took a day and a half of my life, which I'll never get back, so I hope you enjoy it! It contains rare footage of Lambchop's first ever celebrity interview!

Lovertons,

Lambchop Magoo

Ich bin ein Lambchop!

I think that my gig in Berlin tomorrow qualifies me as an International Performance Artist. I can't wait to join the International Performance Artist Union. I hope dues aren't too expensive.

Also, here's some good news for the Lambchop Faithful (and I use Google Analytics, so I know who counts as "faithful!": Lambchop Magoo's Cabarageous Extravapalooza has been accepted to the MA ATP festival at Central School of Speech and Drama this June. That means: more Lambchop than you can shake a stick at in a hilarious, surreal, spectacular cabaret created by the brilliant MA ATP crew.

So, if you were planning to die of face cancer before then... try to hold out. It'll be worth it.
